Civil Appellate Law
Greg and Nolan are civil appellate lawyers. With over 250 civil appeals under their belts, they have handled most every type of civil appellate dispute – from oil and gas to personal injury, from breach of contract to real property, and from employment law to trade secret misappropriation. They represent both plaintiffs and defendants. While experienced at all levels of federal and state courts, Greg and Nolan primarily represent clients before the Tyler, Texarkana, Dallas, and Houston Courts of Appeals and in the federal Fifth Circuit.
Trial Support
As Civil Appellate attorneys, Greg and Nolan also provide trial support. Their trial-support practice includes summary-judgment filings and other case-dispositive motions, Daubert/Robinson challenges, jury-charge practice, and general error-preservation.
